Introducing holiday free, an extra charge added to your hourly rate if you would like to book a weekly service that is more than 9 hours per visit and go on holiday without having to stress about the cleaning schedule and have no commitments whilst you are away. With this charge, we can maintain our team for when you return and hold your slot on the same days and times. Seamlessly come back to your routine!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hrs' notice are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment time will cost 50% of the value of the booking or a £48 callout fee, whichever is greatest.
