Experienced a hassle-free end of tenancy cleaning with Grace Cleaning Ltd. With over 17 years of experience, we provide thorough, top-quality cleaning services designed to make the moving process easier for both tenants and landlords. Leave your property spotless and ready for new occupants with our professional cleaning service. *Any complaints must be made within a 24hrs limit. *If you would like to have 72 hrs limit, we will add an extra 20% fee on top of the total. *Extra visits after the completed cleaning will be charged at our standard cleaning rates (minimum of 3 hours per visit). *We require the total amount upon booking to complete the cleaning; without the full amount being transferred on the agreed date, Grace Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to cancel the cleaning. *We do not take responsibility for the property's wear and tear; in some cases, marks are not removable with cleaning solutions. These will have to be replaced by the client. *We will only liaise with the Estate Agents if the client specifies this before the cleaning. It is your responsibility to handle their requirements with enough time for us to make sure these are complete. *We do not get involved with refunding your deposit; you will have to liaise with the Estate Agents; we do not take part of our fees off to cover your deposit. Your rental contract is between you and the landlord or agency and does not involve Grace Cleaning Ltd. We apologise for the strict rules due to the number of estate agencies illegally collecting customers' deposits for unfair reasons and sometimes untrue statements.
